Bill of Rights Tour

This 65-70 minute outdoor walking tour explores James Madison's critical role as "Architect" of the Bill of Rights.  Walking and pausing on the Montpelier landscape, participants will compare Madison's proposals with selected Amendments as ratified, and consider a few landmark Supreme Court cases delineating the language of the Bill of Rights. A smartphone or device with the ability to access an internet link will be very helpful to participants.

Tickets purchased for Montpelier tours are non-refundable, even if you choose not to attend.

Cancellations by Montpelier:

The only exception to the no-refund policy is if The Montpelier Foundation cancels the tour itself.
